BOK, LLC is a free social entertainment platform. The virtual column-style game featured on this Site is a consumer software product designed purely for amusement. The Site and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Operator does not warrant that the Site will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, the Operator shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because BOK, LLC involves no real money and no financial transactions of any kind, the potential for financial harm arising from use of this Site is structurally zero. In any event, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed CAD $100.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia. If you are accessing the Site from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site's homepage for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
